The 2025 ACISAA National Convention & Reunion was a Success!

On November 7th, 2025, a suspicious group of people began gathering in San Antonio, TX. At the Landmark Embassy Suites lobby bar, people sporting polo shirts and sweat shirts that said "ACISAA" on them, were exchanging war stories, reuniting with old friends, and raising glasses to fallen friends. It was the beginning the 2025 ACISAA Convention/Reunion weekend. A time for ACISAA Members, Subscribers, and Guests consisting of friends/family, to come together to engage in conversation, reminisce, and engage in professional, unclassified discord. Soon, this group began relocating across the street to the outdoor patio area at Cigars International where a no-host social was being hosted and additional ACISAA members had arrived.

As the night went on, conversations deepened, friendships were made, and memories were recounted.

However this no-host social was only the beginning. As the first night came to a close, many made plans to engage the follow day, and others took the opportunity to plan sight-seeing activities during the day as well, with several groups heading to the Riverwalk and to the Alamo. But the main event was what many were waiting for, with several only coming for that night. So, on the evening November 8th, 2025, even more members, subscribers, and agents (including senior agents, retired agents, and junior agents) met up at the Landmark Rock & Brews Restaurant in San Antonio for a buffet/banquet dinner, speaking event, and award presentation.

A Fallen Agent & POW/MIA table was setup for those we have lost, while an outstanding dinner was provided that included steak, salmon, and other food options. Following the playing of the National Anthem and Chaplain Invocation by Ken Orrock, attendees were treated to guest speakers that provided unclassified updates on the state of ACI and other topics.

After the speakers, the ACISAA President and ACISAA Executive Director awarded the first two Honorable Order of the Culper Ring medals/certificates to Richard "Rick" S. Eaton Jr. (posthumously) and James "Jim" R. Lint. These first Culper inductees were approved by the Board of Directors unanimously and were given a standing ovation at the event.

All in all, it was a fantastic night where old friendships were reignited, and new friendships were made, and where different generations of agents came together in camaraderie and fellowship.

In between it all, the Board members had an informal member meeting at the Embassy Suites and solidified location options for next year's event which we will be researching availability for (Florida, Vegas, and the Fort Meade/DC area are currently the leading contenders--let us know your thoughts). As November 9th came, some remained in town for additional sight-seeing adventures while others made their way home.
Special thanks to our guest speakers: CW5 Aaron Skiles, ACI Command Region II Deputy Director Sammy Villela, and CI-Press Podcast Host and Executive VP at IXN Solutions, Mr. Ryan Rambo.
Thanks to our Board of Directors (including Regan Smith who recorded our Board minutes), and to our first Culper Ring Inductees, Rick Eaton & Jim Lint.
Additional thanks to those who helped out last minute to assist with setup/breakdown: Mike Taylor (who also ran our Agent Store at the event), Jake Hancock, Norm Johnson, Cody Miller, and Tony Rucci.
Finally, thank you to everyone who came and supported the ACISAA. This organization would not exist if not for your support!
We hope everyone had a great time and look forward to a bigger and better event next year!
